Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events (formerly Primetime)
It is used for rooms, meetings and large broadcast events daily, weekly and monthly. It is being used across our organization. It addresses issues of creating/organizing an on the fly meeting with remote users quickly and with ease.
Pros
- User-friendly: it is easy to use software as well as the web UI, easy to instruct other end-users on as well.
- Large numbers for capacity: meetings and events are able to host LARGE numbers of users, more than most competitors.
- Improvements: Our BlueJeans reps are constantly hearing our complaints and problems, and they hear us. They continue to raise the bar and continuously provide the product they promise and improve on it, rolling out updates and improvements fro us.
Cons
- Stream quality capped at 720p: Our broadcast events would look so much better if we could reach a stream quality of 1080p.
- Videos cannot be played inside a power point over a screen share: You are forced to upload any video you want to share.
- Able to deliver company wide events to remote employees.
More user-friendly, better priced.
