Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

It is not centralized at all - the corporate solution is Skype. For many reasons, some of my immediate colleagues like BlueJeans better. Most of my teleconferences are currently conducted on BlueJeans (either originated by me or others), and I am on it about 3-4 times a week.

Pros

  • The fact that I can connect to a conference room system at my workplace.
  • Sharing my screen or applications is quite painless.
  • Connecting with a cellphone for video or audio-only is also a great option that has worked well for me.

Cons

  • Newer versions have a very non-intuitive way of connecting to a room system. I am actually intentionally avoiding the upgrade to use older BlueJeans versions which allow this more painlessly.
  • The confirmation email during registration is blocked by my employer's server (so I had to use my personal email). I know this is not BlueJeans' problem per se, but if there is a way to word the confirmation email in a way to avoid such blocks, it would be great.
  • Definitely more productive meetings.
Of the above mentioned, BlueJeans is by far the best in my opinion.
It is easy to use.
For pretty much any conversation including more than 2 parties, BlueJeans is a good fit. It is quite easy to quickly set up a call, too.

It is not as appropriate (unless I am missing a feature) if one wants to use a blackboard.
