Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is our standard platform for delivering live webinars to our students. It is being used by most lecturers in the professional education department at our university. It allows us to schedule and notifies all students when the instructor schedules a webinar, and automatically records it and making it available to students. It is very convenient to use.

- Hard to share my screen and see user questions at same time. Should make it easier to move chat screen to different window.
- Improved student satisfaction and interaction with lecturer.
Easier to schedule meetings in BlueJeans, and far easier to automatically record and share webinars, compared to Adobe. I don’t use Cisco Webex much since it is inferior to Adobe.
