Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We use BlueJeans as a collaboration tool both for internal use and for clients. We use the features to share presentations and provide visuals using the video. We decided on this product because of access on any device. Network availability is very stable. Easy to use. The video is very useful and can remain on for hours. We have used the video as a customer support function in our remote branches. Allows for quicker time for resolution by seeing and capturing a visual for what is being described on a call.
  • Scheduling - A few quick clicks and the meeting is good to go.
  • Network stability - Has always been available
  • Any device - We use many types of devices without issue.
  • Cost - In comparison to others, cost is low.
  • Background images appear to be lacking for video.
  • Always have everyone muted when entering. Should be the default.
  • Time zone should default to your local. Always needs to be set when traveling.
  • We purchased it to minimize travel.
  • Increased efficiency by providing time back not having to wait on people.

Cost, easy of use, any device
BlueJeans works well almost everywhere. I used it at the airport, traveling, and in the car as a passenger using a hotspot. No issues.
