Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings

BlueJeans being used by all depts or all across the org. We usually use it for meetings and demonstrations. We also use it for social meetings like coffee breaks.
  • In my opinion it works for all occasions. Like meetings, seminars, and product demos.
  • Social meetings like coffee breaks, etc.
  • One on one interactions.
  • We have also used the recording facility in BlueJeans. It is a great feature.
  • The recorded links does not work on non BlueJeans users. I have not experienced it lately, but I have seen some other managers struggling.
  • Great collaboration tool. I would consider BlueJeans a good investment for any org.

Using BlueJeans Meetings

200 - Quality Department.
150 - Basic computer knowledge should be sufficient.
  • Presentations, Demos.
  • Regular quality team meetings.
  • Social meetings like coffee breaks and social events.
  • company parties where we played games and some even used for singing.
  • There are plans to use Bluejeans for conferences. Not sure we can scale it to that level.
I don't make these decisions, but my personal opinion is, Bluejeans is a very friendly app and very useful!

Evaluating BlueJeans Meetings and Competitors

Yes - We partially replaced it with WebEx. Bluejeans is much better than WebEx but seems like WebEx is cheaper and the company has a volume license for it.
  • Price
  • Prior Experience with the Product
I am not part of the decision maker. But I know Price and Prior use might have played the role.
I am not in the selection process. For me, Price is the factor.

  • Joining a meeting
  • Recording
  • Sometimes recording is tricky. I get confused a little with login. But it is trivial. I always figure it out by myself.
Very easy to join the meeting. Audio and Video quality is good for me.

BlueJeans Meetings Reliability

Not sure about this. The company did not adopt it on large scale. We still use WebEx for it. I suspect the price/volume license is a factor.
Bluejeans is always available.
Not sure about integrating with another software system. I did not have any issues.

Integrating BlueJeans Meetings

Not involved in the implementation process.
  • Outlook
I have not used it extensively. I use Slack to join meetings rather than Bluejeans. Not because that I did not feel Bluejeans integration is less useful. My use case is different.
