We use Brevo to send emails in order to communicate important updates about our website with our user base. We have several million users, so we need a partner who is professional in sending large volumes of email, and offers a host of features to fine-tune the sending.
- Quick helpdesk (answers within 24 hours, but typically 12).
- A lot of options for professional sending, e.g. dedicated sender IP, A/B testing.
- Detailed analytics for campaigns, e.g. open rate, click rate, etc.
- Good price to value ratio.
- Mobile editing of emails.
- The more emails that reach the recipients, the happier we are.
The other service we used was cumbersome to use.
