Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
Brevo assists us with email marketing outreach, particularly when using HTML creatives. We have recently decided to broadcast our weekly newsletter from the platform, after an initial trial proved successful. The ability to store unlimited contacts and be billed based on emails sent is part of what makes it appealing. It also offers great flexibility when putting together - and maintaining - templates, including both text and custom HTML. Overall, if looking to manage lists and perform email broadcasts on a regular basis, it's hard to beat Brevo.

- It would be beneficial to see all users who have unsubscribed in one place. It might be that the feature is available, just not easy to spot
- It can be clunky to add/remove members from a plan
- If you're only using certain features, i.e., only using it for email, it can feel clunky/confusing to see that many options in the vertical nav bar
- Improved our deliverability rates
- Decreased our email marketing costs
- Decreased the amount of time spent on repetitive tasks
The main distinction for me is the database management - the fact that you can maintain a database of unlimited contacts and only be billed for the emails you send makes a lot of sense when you are just starting a business and your newsletter only goes out a certain number of times. It's a lot more cost efficient vs being billed as soon as you exceed a certain number of contacts.
