Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl
I use Brightpearl to manage my sales and those of my eBay clients I manage and fulfill. I also have a clients who use it and I support them in their use and set up products etc., for them. I also use it for my consultancy & services invoicing. It streamlines marketplaces and manages stock across them all seamlessly.
Pros
- Manages stock across all platforms making sure if I sell on one platform it reduces inventory on all marketplaces.
- Uploading stock inventory via .csv and easily sending them out to eBay.
- Manages despatch operation adding tracking numbers automatically into eBay, especially useful after the eBay UK changes on late delivery defects.
Cons
- I'd like to use set up product status differently for each added company rather than the same across the board
- I tell my clients to add up all the time they spend doing certain tasks and how long this will take them in hours during a month. These hours I multiply by minimum wage and when they see the value in man hours it's simple to realise how much of a positive ROI it is. Equally, this time saved is now spent growing the business not being dragged down by the day to day mundane stuff.
