Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We purchased about 20 phones through Broadvoice. The primary phone service is for scheduling patients. The secondary phone service to answer general and emergency phone calls. We received approximately 50 calls a day. The business problem it resolves is being online and not a server-based phone system. It has decreased our downtime by about 99%.
- No to rare downtime.
- The quality of the phone is high. You can clearly hear the customer/patient.
- The phones are user friendly.
- The rotary of calls can be improved for operations that are not call centers.
- The changing of the extensions per phone needs much improvement.
- The recording of the calls discontinues when the call is transferred to another extension.
- B-hive's ability to download on cell phones and make calls through our system instead of it showing our own personal calls.
- Calls being about to be recorded.
- The impact most is that we are rarely down, we are able to provide excellent service due to Broadvoice.
