Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

I really do like Broadvoice. I like the technology. I like being able to
forward calls to my cell phone and being able to clearly see who is calling. I like receiving email alerts when I have a
voicemail message. I like the different settings in the portal. For example, being able to adjust how
many times the phone rings before it goes to my voicemail. It is a very easy platform to use, and customer service is always extremely helpful. I also like the
pricing. I think they're very competitive.

Cons

  • The quality/ clarity of calls made through the app could use improvement.
  • Being able to have a texting and calling abilities from your phone while masking your personal phone number.
  • Call forwarding
  • Receiving email alerts when a voicemail is received.
  • Our company has definitely had a return on the investment by going with Broadvoice. It has made telecommuting a much easier transition since Covid-19. It is an easy-to-use platform for our advisors, and they have really been appreciative since we changed over.

Broadvoice has been extremely helpful in the way we conduct business when telecommuting. After Covid-19, telecommuting has been the new normal for our advisors here at BNB Wealth Management. Having Broadvoice has been extremely helpful with the transition to a hybrid work environment.
