Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

The Broadvoice installation replaced a legacy Toshiba system that had become too expensive to operate, while also offering fewer options and less flexibility than more up-to-date systems such as what Broadvoice was offering. Our team of about 50 commercial real estate brokers relies heavily on phones, and we felt that we were not getting what we needed previously.

  • Flow through the administrative control panels is sometimes disjointed
  • Weird voice and uneven volume levels on spoken prompts on office phones
  • High quality / fidelity voice communications
  • Reasonable cost for features
  • Adequate support when issues or problems arise
  • Excellent uptime without outages
  • No ROI figures, but I can only say that we now have a markedly better system for less than half what our legacy system had been costing us.

All I can really comment on is the appropriateness for our business. It's been a very good fit. Most of our people are working in-office, but some have one of our phones installed at their home office, and no one is the wiser. There hasn't been much use of the mobile solution, but those who have used it appreciate not having to give out their personal mobile number, and having a single number to use for all communications. The sound level is robust and warm, giving a more personal sound to the voice communications. It's been a really good system for us.
