Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
The Broadvoice installation replaced a legacy Toshiba system that had become too expensive to operate, while also offering fewer options and less flexibility than more up-to-date systems such as what Broadvoice was offering. Our team of about 50 commercial real estate brokers relies heavily on phones, and we felt that we were not getting what we needed previously.
- Flexibility to use in-office or at home or on the road
- High fidelity sound
- nearly 100% uptime
- Flow through the administrative control panels is sometimes disjointed
- Weird voice and uneven volume levels on spoken prompts on office phones
- High quality / fidelity voice communications
- Reasonable cost for features
- Adequate support when issues or problems arise
- Excellent uptime without outages
- No ROI figures, but I can only say that we now have a markedly better system for less than half what our legacy system had been costing us.
