Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
We use BrowserStack to test how our sites look on different web browsers and mobile devices. Additionally, we use it for mobile automation.

We inherited bunk automation tests and so we're starting from scratch. Plus sometimes our websites need tweaking depending on what browser or mobile device someone is on and we couldn't tell that unless someone had that phone to look at it on.

They seem to be working really well for the organization. We're new to the App Automate but it's working pretty well.
When I took over the team, we already were subscribed to BrowserStack but not using it to its fullest, so we didn't evaluate other products.
