Overall Satisfaction with Calendly
We use Calendly to allow college students to schedule appointments with on-campus resources like Student Success Coaching and peer tutoring. Calendly allows students to schedule appointments without ever speaking to another human (something they truly appreciate!), provides workflows to send automated reminders and follow-ups, and has an interface that students find both appealing and easy to use.
- Calendly provides availability in a clean, simple, visually appealing way.
- Calendly offers the option to use workflows to send automated reminders and follow-ups to users.
- Calendly provides excellent customer service and interaction.
- Adding more images and branding to our scheduling pages would be great.
- More group scheduling options like polls, or allowing one person to reserve a group appointment and share that appointment's link with other potential group members.
- Calendly has saved us so much time. We no longer need to go back and forth with students over multiple emails to find one time to meet, we don't have to do that again when they inevitably need to reschedule, and with the addition of workflows we no longer have to manually send reminder or follow-up emails ourselves.
