Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
My department has rather complex compensation plans. In the past, we used to manage all these commission statements through Microsoft Excel sheets. It was hard to create transparency for reps in terms of how their commission statement comes together. Besides, it was a hassle gathering the correct data from our CRM and having every manager confirm the final numbers on a monthly basis. The previous way of doing it was prone to errors. Using CaptivateIQ today, I can review the statements with accurate data pulled directly from our CRM. I can see previous months, overall team performance, but I can even get an overview on individual level.
