I have used US Recruitment for more than 2 years to find good candidates according to the client's requirements. sometimes I face some problems in Ceipal at times when I am adding a new candidate in Ceipal ATS.
- Candidate Sourcing and Resume Parsing.

- I have found the interface to be complex and less intuitive, especially for new users. Simplifying the UI and providing better onboarding resources could enhance user experience.
