"Transforming Hiring Processes"
My understanding is that sometimes skills are not shown as matching profiles because, when the profile is opened in the database, the skills mentioned do not appear in the resume that we have mentioned. That is why I am concerned, and it would be beneficial if the AI could address that.

Wonderful ATS, Never find one like this
Yes, Ceipal ATS is been very helpful recently. It's AI is very helping out now showing more relevant profiles which helps us not to fill the positions but we get return on investment. Overall i would say it's quality has been improved a lot recently. our organisation is highly satisfied with it.

For best Talent Hire Only Go For Ceipal.
The resume harvesting is very good in Ceipal. The automated AI gives very good result. The integrated search option is good but need to upgrade a bit. I believe that Ceipal ATS's AI tools is vey advance. It is very beneficial for the user as well. It saves time of the user.

Best Software for Recruitment Industries and Recruiters
Yes I am accepting this Ceipal ATS AI totally helps to find the quality profiles within minutes. It reduces a lot of effort here to the recruiter work in matching and automated candidate sourcing. If we submit quality profiles we can close the candidate easily and make as a closure.

Yes, getting AI matching candidates after job posting helps us but not in a very efficient manner. Some candidates are not matching the skill set, so it definitely needs improvement when it comes to the AI part, but the answer to your question, indeed its efficient and will be more if we enhance the quality.

Awesome Sourcing Tool
Yes it very effectively working. We can use the boolean string after that Ceipal AI making the best candidates with all the skill match. Exact match candidates are shown with the help of AI. Its really helpful Awesome tool to use. Ceipal ATS does not affect the quality of the candidate profile. I very much believe in Ceipal ATS AI tool.

I would say everything can't be done by AI. There can be a significant way to use AI for Ceipal for the filtration of fake resumes and ID's from the portal. Ceipal puts more effort into collecting quality profiles with amazing skills by using AI tools. When getting extra profiles to complete the requirement its uses by many ways and reflecting the contributing resumes along the skills regarding requirements. Excellent Ceipal - Always Number one choice of every user's heart.
Regret to inform you that you need to streamline your AI tool. Your results of skills are perfectly matched with our job or sample profile. But the candidate preferences like location, Age, and Years of experience are not matched with us. The major modification in the AI needs to be "Date uploaded". Our auto responses sometimes went to retired and expired candidates as well.

"No matter where you are Ceipal will find you and recruit you"
Ceipal ATS is also being used for utilizing candidates with the help of AI. It makes the job very easy, but it has its own loss. We need to speak with the candidates anyway, and most of the candidates are posted with their contact information which should be avoided when candidates are being registered.

Candidate resume mostly correct. But some times it's mis matching. It's same thing happened in mostly Candidates work location is correct. But sometimes it's mis matching. And mostly Candidate visa status and contact details correct. But sometimes it's miss matching. So please resolve this issue. Otherwise CEIPAL is good to work.
