We use ceipal ATS to find the right candidate for an opportunity, based on the skill set we can give the keywords on the Ceipal. Ceipal has multiple job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.. we can search for the right candidate by using the location, work Authorization, experience, and qualification.. we can fetch the resume by using the last updated option as well.
- Ceipal has the mass mail option here, so we can send a mass email to 999 recipients at the same time.
- It has the vendor mass mail as well so that we can send the mass emails to thousands of vendors.
- We can submit a candidate and schedule an interview as well.. so that others cannot reach the candidate.
- By using Ceipal delivery team can access and evaluate the team performance.
- By using Ceipal we can directly post a job in job portals as well.
- Ceipal can improve better things in internal db to get the exact resume there.
- If it provides Mexican and Canadian candidates that would be better.
- Positive is mass mail, submitting a candidate and getting the right candidate.
- Negative is need to add Mexican and Canadian candidates.
No Ceipal has not affected my candidate quality, it is very useful to update the candidate details as well, like work Authorization, current location, phone number, email ID, etc.. those are the things are really good things Ceipal made.
