We have been using Ceipal to find a right resource for our client needs as well as manage our employee dashboards.
- Excellent Algorithm.
- User Friendly ATS.
- Secure Datas.
- Time saver for job and resource hunters.
- Excellent Cloud Storage.
- Bugs Free.
- Algorithm doesn't make sense sometimes.
- Need to show more points in the front DB.
- Maintenance should be with prior notice to the users.
- Data Protection.
- Track Records.
- Timesheet Management.
Regret to inform you that you need to streamline your AI tool. Your results of skills are perfectly matched with our job or sample profile. But the candidate preferences like location, Age, and Years of experience are not matched with us. The major modification in the AI needs to be "Date uploaded". Our auto responses sometimes went to retired and expired candidates as well.
