Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Ceridian Dayforce as our primary HRIS, including as our Recruiting ATS, Performance and for Benefits. It is user-friendly and intuitive. It allows for a high degree of customization to fit our complex needs. I love how it integrates with the Microsoft Office platform and the variety of API connections we can use to feed to our other systems. I have been impressed with their recent enhancements and excited about the additional features which they have teased as coming soon.

I think it does a very good job. I remember how quickly the Canadian and UK holiday was added when the Queen recently passed. I was impressed.
We are made up of a nearly Exempt-exclusive workforce, so scheduling is not really an issue for us.
I have been very pleased. Very comprehensive and intuitive suite. It does get expensive to have everything, but I love how each works with the other.

Yes - ADP. It was good for Payroll, but not so much for HR activities.
