Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Our organization uses Dayforce for the following functions:
HCM, WFM, Payroll, Performance, Compensation, Succession and all HR data reporting.
  • Functionality is very scalable and robust
  • User interface is clean and straightforward to use
  • Mobile app is very useful
  • The system appears to be have some shortfall like with Meal waivers and icons on the timesheet
  • Implementation team sometime make errors in our configuration, causing processes to not work as intended
  • dependent upon who get in Customer Support, the guidance and information provided may not be 100% accurate
  • overall has improved business efficiency
  • initial anticipated cost savings through increase productivity though still remains to be seen
  • Dayforce will nickle and dime you for anything that neededs to be tweaked after initial implementation... Always pushing changes to VAS
Dayforce has made legal reporting a much simpler process.
It has had a positive impact on improving data analytics and reporting. Our entire compensation cycle is now automated.

Evaluating Ceridian Dayforce and Competitors

Yes - Dominion Systems.
Dominion was unable to handle the complexity of our business (size) and was inadequate for data analysis and reporting.

It was basically a gloried payroll system attempting to do HRIS functions.
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Scalability
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
Would not change a thing.
