Overall Satisfaction with Checkout.com

Checkout.com are one of our payment providers, we process payments and process chargebacks in our ecommerce environment. Checkout.com offer multiple alternate payment methods to our ever-expanding global business. Checkout.com work with us allowing our fraud engine to determine stronger customer authentication.

  • Checkout.com can sometimes be a little over confident when we have had an issue, and this has delayed fixing the problem
  • We have had positive results with our acceptance rates since using checkout.com
  • I believe we will be able to utilize checkout.coms international market for the growth we are expecting in Europe
Local acquiring is an area we are looking to start utilizing in the very near future.
I have never had an issue with contact from checkout.com and always felt we have had adequate support from our account manager.
We have a multi payment service set up and checkout.com offers us multiple alternate payment methods and achieves a really competitive acceptance rate. Plus checkout.com has very competitive rates. Our account manager is second to none, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, always quick to respond and assist us in all of our journeys. Checkout.com go above and beyond to ensure we have the best experience and achieve our goals.

We have found since we started using Checkout.com we have a very good conversion rate and i also find if we have an issue checkout.con have been good communicators, however I have found that when we did have an issue, checkout.com were adamant the issue wasnt with them, but it turns out it was, so we cant be over confident when it comes to bugs etc
