Overall Satisfaction with Chili Piper
I am on the web services team. We build websites for our clients. This job requires many meetings with multiple clients on a daily basis. It takes a lot of organization skills to keep all of our meetings in order. Chili Piper fills this role. Our ability to send invites, schedule meetings, and cancel meetings is highly effective with Chili Piper.
- Creates links for our clients to schedule a meeting
- Integrates good with my Outlook calendar
- User experience is clear because I have never had a client say they could not figure Chili Piper out.
- When Chili Piper goes down it can be stressful.
- Creating a new meeting type is a bit complicated.
- Blocking out time on the calendar is a little confusing at first.
- It makes scheduling more efficient.
- Clients are able to use and understand Chili Piper.
- Setting up unavailable time is a little confusing on setting up at first.
I have only used the free version of Calendly so it is not exactly a fair comparison. With both of my experiences with this software Chili Piper feels more robust, especially with integrations. Chili Piper integrates with Outlook, Salesforce, and Zoom. These are the 3 software that I use the most with Chili Piper and it integrates well.
