It's great to go back and listen to recordings of either mine or my colleagues. I don't have to worry so much about taking a bunch of notes, only main points and can focus my effort on the call, and can always go back to the recording. I've also used it to listen to recordings of reps on the team to understand what they are doing, what's working for them, and how I can improve my processes.
  • Catching keywords.
  • Analysis of the call.
  • Sometimes the transcript doesn't catch everything or mixes up who was speaking.
  • Improving sales processes and increasing efficiencies of calls.
Pretty good. I feel they are very similar. I wasn't involved in the evaluation process but have used both.
I've used and stacks up well.
Sharing call recording with counter parts for customer handoff processes, product improvement (feature requests), etc.
