Use it to record external meetings to share information with other teammates and/or managers, go back to meetings to review deals and strategies, we also use it to refresh our memories before jumping into follow up calls. Similarly if there are account handoffs between reps or pre to post sales then we send recordings as well.

Fits along with Salesforce.
Knowledge sharing among the team, account handoffs are much easier too. is great for external meetings, not so much internal meetings. great for account handoffs, relaying information to the account team, surfacing information up to managers. Also great for knowledge sharing - what strategies do well in meetings, what don't, where can there be improvement? I don't see the need for in every meeting though.
