It is a valuable tool to listen to calls as a sales rep, to determine what you could of done better. But takes it a step further and allows for detailed breakdown of the calls, amount of time each person spoke, filler word counts, and also identifies when you had questions and follow up steps. The feedback from management is also vital in them grading our calls to identify opportunities for improvement.

It has superior capabilities compared to anything I've tried.
Being able to evaluate sales reps calls to get them to perform at their peak.
None, this is the best one I've tried, and only that you'll need.
Reviewing sales calls with live prospects is an appropriate scenario.
Reviewing calls to try to find fault with someone is less appropriate.

I would advice any new user to Chorus to engage with the training videos to get up to speed. Next the best way to learn how to use Chorus is to jump right in and begin navigating through your recorded calls. It becomes clear how intuitive and easy to use it is by simply using once.
I've had a lot of success using Chorus to ensure I'm hitting all of the preselected touch points needed to ensure a successful call. Chorus has really specifically helped to reduce my filler word use significantly by having that feature there to count those and keep myself accountable. love that about Chorus!! A must for any sales rep that deals with call compliance as well --get this for your sale team if more sales is the goal!
