We are using this across the sales organization to record calls for coaching, training, and revisiting past conversations as the sales cycle progresses.

We have been using this for all new reps for onboarding. The positive impact we have seen is ramp time has been reduced by 20% due to the ability to provide concrete coaching and feedback and allow reps to learn on their offline time.

This is best used for coaching and individual call review. We have used it for our onboarding reps, and every new rep indicates that they love using it.
