LAN, Storage network and compute were already Cisco so we moved from Nexus to Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure as natural alignment and simplified the dc operations.
This has saved engineering time and given assurance to businesses of the stability and security control by micro segmentation.
Automating the network helped to simplify operations and business confidence due to its pervasive security and stability.

Quick Resolution Good followup Knowledgeable team Problems get solved Kept well informed Immediate help available Support understands my problem Support cares about my success Quick Initial Response | None |
We followed the recommendation to get the support from Cisco and reseller, which was pretty much we normally get for all DC infrastructure.
Cisco TAC provided continuous support throughout 12 hours period during our P1 in January 2024. Engineer to engineer handover was smooth and escalation was done in time to pool in all relevant engineers from Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure, UCS and Nexus team. This is not very often we experience, but it was great to see Cisco delivering to its promise.
