We use Cisco Catalyst 9200 Series Switches for staff, faculty, and students to access network resources, VOIP, Web Conferencing, IP Cameras, Access Control, Printing, Security, and internet connectivity.

- It provides internet access without any glitches.
- Web conferences are smooth with no lag.
- Video streaming in high def is not a problem.
- POE Cams and Phones work great.
We have not had a chance to dive into the automation, virtualization, or analytics features yet.

We did not purchase Premium Support. We didn't have the need for it when we had Catalyst 2960 Switches and we believe the 9200 Series will deliver better expectations.
I had accidentally wiped a switch's firmware and support was able to guide me to restore the switch to a working state within 20 mins.
