Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Firewall
User identity of traffic as well as IPv6 traffic tagging was critical. We needed a solution that could integrate seamlessly into our existing Identity Services Engine so we could build a seemless plane of information tagging. Now with the AI capabilities we can definitely achieve better visibility and insights for our operations.
- IPv6
- Threat management
- Integration with ISE
- Cisco Secure Client features
- User interface
- Dashboard reporting
- Quick log retrieve
- Secured operation with rase of mind.
- The defense orchestrator is actually really cool
- Investment is heavy but its required if cyber is a concern
The performance of the new firewalls is amazing and meets all our requirements for the business. But the new advancements Cisco has made to its security portfolio tell of the true journey that has been made to ensure we can stay protected.
Yes we actively use Cisco Annyconnect via our ISE services so the transition to Secure Client is what we were looking forward to and after seeing the latest updates at Cisco Live 23, we have certainly made the right decision. We intend to use this actively for our remote workers to keep their communication secured.
I believe Cisco firewalls are definitely on par with Palo Alto but the latest AI feature releasing in 2024 will certainly surpass all expectations. Fortinet is going to struggle after this and I can say that with certainty given we have removed all our FortiGate firewalls.
