Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
Cisco Webex is being used as primary video conference solution across the organization for end users as well as for meetings with our customers. This solves the need for users to interact among our internal teams and customers without needing to travel.
- Great video quality on video endpoints (Cisco TelePresence Codecs and Webex Room Kits) and end user devices.
- Dial-in feature for voice over PSTN numbers.
- Call-Me Back feature to dial back to the end-users joining the meeting.
- Availability of Webex Client and same user experience on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android platforms.
- Lobby or waiting room for Cisco Webex Events for video SIP URI calls.
- Create and apply user templates for teleconference based on different countries, to set the toll-free and toll number options. Currently this sets default countries for all the users.
- Reduce the number of updates which happen, needing to update the Webex client on end user's machine.
- Webex being cloud solution, helps minimize the data center foot print for us.
- Again, being cloud solution, helps reduce all the patching, upgrades in-house and reduces workload on our IT teams.
- Cisco Webex Room Kit Mini, Cisco Webex Meetings, Cisco TelePresence Collaboration Room Endpoints and Intel Expressway Service Gateway
We work directly with the Cisco Webex CSM/Support Manager to get support. The Cisco Webex TAC support is an area Cisco should fix and address. The support takes almost 3-4 days to get back, and no responses. This is not due to COVID-19, the Webex TAC support has been this way for past 2 years, and a reason we always reach out to the support manager rather than the Webex TAC.
Webex Meetings is adopted by all users in the company, with Webex being the single meeting platform for all, with 2000 users.
