Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
The pandemic is over, but on-site visits while they have returned, Businesses still require us to provide a lot of virtual meetings on a daily basis.Normally we visit the client site and conduct group debriefings with employees after a traumatic event (death, robbery, layoff, etc.). Due to pandemic, we have been forced to conduct all of our group and indie sessions via video, so that is Webex Meetings. Luckily, this has ensured a steady stream of revenue and jobs during the pandemic.
- Visualizing all the users in a group.
- Being able to enjoy chat function.
- Can accommodate large groups (we had thousands on one call!!!).
- Excellent for organizations as it is the preferred meeting platform firm.
- Interface a bit croaky.
- Capacity for 1000 + callers gave us video issues.
- Not everyone can launch from their devices.
- Still a difficulty with connectivity when I'm on my absolutely. Brand new smartphone Android. Very complex sequence of logging in and security. I mean that's good for security but I am always crossing my fingers. I can connect to the meeting when I have to launch this way.
- Thanks to Webex, revenue remained robust during pandemic.

MS Teams somewhat similar (and more easily accessible than Webex, Webex requires you download from Google store and some users on Android unable to do so...problem bc we do not have control over users devices). Nonetheless a more robust overall solution than others.
