Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
Before using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, our employees had to copy the signature into outlook themselves. It was up to them to keep the information up to date and use the correct formatting, or even use it at all. With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 we have a standardized Signature, which is always up to date. Since it's using HTML it looks a lot better, too.
- HTML Formatting
- Publishing a new Signature version is super fast
- One Click Surveys
- Translation/Customization on Thank you page in Surveys
- Formatting of HTML in the HTML Editor
- "Undo" feature in the editor in general
- Version History for Signatures would be awesome
- positive: It just looks nice
- negative: Since were always trying to minimize costs we have to actively keep an eye on license count.
