Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

We use it internally for signatures and disclaimers on our email. We host our email on Microsoft 365. CodeTwo works by routing the mail through a connector that attaches the signatures on the way out. This makes it work in Outlook, OWA, and mobile devices. It addresses the issue of having standard and professional signatures on all our emails. Further, we can attach marketing messages as needed.

  • Creating complex HTML signatures can be tricky, but not sure this is something that can be addressed. You just have to understand HTML.

CodeTwo is better than Exclaimer in every possible way. The product is better. The support is more responsive. Our account manager is friendlier. Literally, it would be crazy to choose a competitive product over CodeTwo. We have used other products and CodeTwo is easily the best of the various possibilities.

CodeTwo is great for companies that want professional signatures on their emails. It is good for companies where image matters and you want to attach marketing imaging to your employee's emails. It is really good for regulated industries where you have disclaimer requirements on email. It is less suitable for small firms where you could just do it manually.
