Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

We are currently using CodeTwo across our whole business, as many of our users require to quickly edit, and change their signatures, especially when they are sending as other mailboxes. This solves the issue where a user might send out an email from a different mailbox, but use their personal signature without realizing. CodeTwo makes it quick and easy to see what you're sending, and if you need to change it, it facilitates changing it very easily too.

  • Support is excellent; very prompt and helpful

Cons

  • No additional features are required for us - it's our perfect solution.
  • Saves time when fiddling with signatures
  • Stops the wrong signature being sent out
We didn't consider any other products as CodeTwo seemed to provide all the answers to the questions we were asking and were extremely well-reviewed.
