Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365
CodeTwo is used for every employee with a Microsoft 365 account. We use it to manage signatures for both primary and secondary emails as well as for internal emails. The tools are very intuitive, and the options for managing multiple layouts is quickly to setup. We can now switch between different signature advertisements or announcements in a few minutes. This would take hours in the past.

- Help ensure that every email being sent, has the right signature.
- Intuitive and fast setup for managing multiple signature layouts.
- Makes it very easy to enroll new employees.
- Better tools for cropping pictures.
- Tools for using the exact same design in both server-side and client-side signatures.
- We can communicate quickly and directly to our customers, partners, and suppliers with advertisements or announcements (eg. new website, new products, and exhibitions).
- We save a lot of time managing signatures (ROI has not been calculated).
- Employee satisfaction has gone up.
We have not tried any alternatives to CodeTwo. We have conducted a thorough investigation prior to choosing CodeTwo.
