Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur Travel and Expense is used by everyone in the company. It is used to track and reimburse travel and related expenses. It also allows us to book for travel via different modes like rental car, air travel & hotels.
  • Connect to your membership accounts.
  • Upload receipts directly from the app.
  • UI is not the best.
  • Some parts of the product have different layouts.

  • It is transparent so I can see the progress of my report
I have integrated Gmail, Lyft, Uber and my airline loyalty accounts with Concur Travel and Expense. Their app center seems promising.
Concur Travel and Expense has helped us streamline the budget and expense department by department. We are now able to submit expenses across multiple departments and teams which we interact with. The experience is seamless to add an expense. The good thing is every expense is code marked and has a type, which is good for tracking by department admins.
There is a learning curve as to which button to press or which menu to go and file a report. The UI is kind of confusing and I had to ask around how to navigate. I couldn't find my older expenses with ease.

There's a lot that could be improved, like the UI, way to search for travel flights, trains, the way the result sets are displayed etc. The layout is very confusing and there are banners everywhere which look like ads, but are notices to download their app. Bad design!

It is scalable. It is available through out internal portal which is nice. All the employees have access to this whether they need it or not. It solves 2 purposes which is a good thing - Book business travel and get expense reimbursements.
