Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

Concur Travel is used by the organization to book business travel. This travel includes airfare, hotel, and car rental for employees across several global locations. The web-based system worked to centralize booking management. Prior to Concur, booking management was decentralized, with employees making travel arrangements through various travel websites, or directly with airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies.

Concur enabled us to use various travel agencies and change travel agencies without changing booking tools.
Centralizing travel booking and being able to manage travel expenses was key for us. Concur enabled that.
Concur has enabled employees to book their airfare, hotels, and car rentals all in one place. It enables administrative assistants to book travel (airfare, hotels, and car rentals) on behalf of employees within their remit.

I think Concur is well-suited if using both the Travel and Expense modules, as it cuts down on the administration for the employee. If a company is only using it for Travel booking, I feel it is less appropriate, as there are other booking tools with more functionality and an easier, more modern user interface.
