Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
I use Concur to book and process my travel and expenses.
- Intuitive interface that allows users to set up their information with little help.
- Very robust in the number of external integrations it supports.
- Workflow is very quick.
- I would like to see more internal help information or perhaps a guided setup process.
- I do save quite a bit of time because it automatically imports my company card purchases and makes expense report creation and processing much simpler and quicker.
- There are times when it gets frustrating because it will prevent certain transactions without a lot of feedback as to why.
- Payments are fast and that is appreciated.
I have not used other products for expenses and travel at work.
We are integrated with SAP ERP.
The entire process for getting my company card to processing my expense reports was amazingly fast and integrated.
It has sped up time to reimbursement by many factors.
