Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

We use it as our single tool to report travel expenses. It definitely saves us time with its user friendly front-end and mobile application.

I have always used either Concur or direct request to Finance which was very inefficiënt and non-compliant.
SAP ECC 6.0
Mobile application was the breakthrough in making it easier and fast for users to report expenses compared to previous process.

When it regards to travel expenses, it is well suited for all processes. It is lnot only used by our employees that access from their laptops but also by the ones that are always on the run via the mobile app. Few clicks away and direct ability to post a picture of the receipt, makes it unnecessary to carry all those receipts in the pocket.
