Overall Satisfaction with Conductor
We use Conductor to report on our website optimization efforts, as well as use the tool to help inform content and optimization of said content on our website. We also use Conductor to get competitive analysis on how our competitors are doing from an organic search perspective and how we measure up against them on the topics we're striving to rank well for.

We've been able to pull in data from Google Analytics. This has allowed us to better see our organic search in one place. We have not been able to get our log file analyzer to work yet, which is the other data that we're looking to pull into the platform.
Conductor has helped us do keyword and content research more effectively, which is allowing us to work better and more efficiently with our content team. We've also been able to be more explicit with the web team as to what SEO elements should be present on a page and the content that should go into those elements.
Conductor's Explorer tool gives us the ability to see how our website is performing beyond just the keywords we're tracking. The customer journey tool has helped us to better see the type of content we have for the different aspects of the customer journey. We're able to now focus on areas that we're lacking and ensure that those pieces are performing well.
We switched to Conductor for several reasons: Explorer is a feature that other tools do not have. It is very helpful to be able to see how your website is working as a whole vs. just the keywords you are tracking. Content research was something that was missing from our previous tools and the other tools we were evaluating. Content is a big priority for us in 2023, and Conductor will help us step up our game.
