Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
Our marketing department uses conductor to enhance our organic search channel and for guidance in optimizing our product listing ads (shopping).
- Great insights into search terms that we're tracking.
- User interface is easy to grasp.
- Output (reports) is very user-friendly.
- Competitive intelliscope could be more robust. The data is somewhat thin from a holistic point of view.
- Would be great to see what search terms we're ranking for regardless of whether or not we're tracking the terms.
- Would be great to see what search terms our competitors are tracking for regardless of whether or not we're tracking the terms.
- SEO reporting is definitely easier with Conductor
- The various tools make it easier to maintain and/or increase search results rankings
I haven't seen anything that would cause me to question Conductor's data validity.
Right now we don't have a content team or strategy. But the data in Conductor tells us that we need to change that - just waiting on the higher ups to get on board.
Each product has it's own unique use.
