Overall Satisfaction with Conga Composer

I like how seamlessly the tool interacts with Salesforce and how the automatic renewal takes place with no chance of missed opportunities because of 1-year funnel visibility, specifically in a sales vertical like us. It has also helped to streamline the quoting process for complex products because it allows a large volume of products and pricing rules. It definitely has saved a lot of time and streamlined the sales process.

Because I love the product, have been using it for quite some time now, and absolutely love it.
We don't have to manually create quotes or documents anymore to send to our clients be it cross-sell, upsell, or renewal. It has saved us a lot of time and effort which we can utilize somewhere else.

Any organization with a problem streamlining the quote or sales process should go for it. I believe it works well for all organizations.

Using Conga Composer

300 - Sales- New Business AMs, Existing Business AMs, SDRs,
3 - Generally, our SFDC Engineering team takes care of it. They are the ones who help us with support if we get stuck anywhere. Have not faced any major issues as of now.
However, it would be good to have someone completely dedicated to support and, if possible, from Conga support itself because I've heard that support is not good.

  • I guess its only going to be for quote generation because we are a SaaS company, not so sure if we will use it for anything else but this.
It's very easy to use and quotes can be created with the click of a button. It can easily be integrated with SF, which makes my work easier. It saves a lot of time. It has certainly improved the productivity of our team members as we do not have to do manual work or worry about errors because that all happens with just a click.
