Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
Our entire company uses ConnectWise Control for numerous applications. We have a complex network setup and are constantly having to change our NIC IPs, so we ended up installing ConnectWise Control on our servers to avoid all of that hassle. It's installed on a few hundred of our client workstations as well.
- It's very easy to use
- It's easy to install
- It's easy to manage
- I don't like the fact that installing ConnectWise Control on a workstation automatically pulls in local printers from the workstation that installed it. We've had a lot of cleanup to do because of that.
- Technician efficiency
ConnectWise control works very well and we're very pleased with the price.

I had a problem with disconnecting or ending abandoned sessions by co-workers, so I was able to get immediate assistance from support on how to end these sessions.
