Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

At any time we have upward to 25 employees not on this campus. When they have computer issues, I use ConnectWise to solve them.
  • File Transfer works well
  • Connecting even with slow internet speeds
  • Ease of use
  • Better chat interface
  • There has been no impact other than making my job easier to troubleshoot employees' computers.
TeamViewer was the product I had used for years. The biggest reason for my switch was the reliability of ConnectWise.
If all employees are located in the same location, it would be useless to use this. Otherwise this is a wise investment.
