Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use it for remote administration of client PCs for easier and faster assistance. Furthermore, we like to remote and the easy to use options. The plug-in/ marketplace is also something that we highly appreciate. We have signed up for a 3-year contract and it's likely we will extend after that.

Pros

Cons

  • Remote-deployment and client control (acceptable with plug-in, should be included however)
  • Release "lock" option of not signed out users
  • Fast ROI due to reduced costs compared to e.g. TeamViewer
  • Faster support for all clients - less running around
  • Off-site support available
Price made us decide on ScreenConnect/ConnectWise Control. Features and ease of use will make sure we stay. Since we are light users we don't even need most of the stuff some competitors might outstand ConnectWise.
  • Any company with multiple clients across buildings/rooms/locations.
  • Anyone who would like to access those clients from any place at any time with nearly any device!
