We utilize ConnectWise Control (CC) to help manage access to local and remote systems. CC helps maximize our efficiency by allowing immediate remediation of user problems. CC is used for training, tech support, and management.

- Value based pricing on a many to many connectivity implemention.
- Remote system monitoring and notifications.
- Easier systems segregation.
- Saves thousands when we switched from LogMeIn.
- Huge time saver for tech support and trainers.
- End users elated with immediate response capabilities.
We used LogMeIn. This was a good tool but very expensive for our utilization.
