  • Makes it easy to communicate with clients and customers on a frequent basis.
  • User friendly and intuitive features.
  • accessible anywhere, at the office or at home I can make updates and more.
  • More templates would be great. I like to have a lot of options available and be able to customize them as much or as little as I want.

The product is easy to use and has definitely improved efficiency in communicating with a large amount of customers. I do not use the product as frequently as I would like, whether I renew or not will depend on the price at the time of renewal and or the availability of packages that would be suitable for my usage.
ConstantContact is very user friendly and reasonably priced. It is an efficient way to reach out to customers for a variety of items from newsletters, sales etc.
