Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
We use it proactively to send announcements about our product and services. We need the formatting options, and more than that - the stat reports. We found it too complicated to be used by business people, so we are 2-3 more experienced people, who do the actual work, for ourselves and other users.
- Organizing all the pieces into one email. It really walks you through the process of creating the email and makes sure nothing is forgotten.
- It isnt intuitive anough, once the email is ready.
- Contact management could be easier.
- Statistics aren't that clear. We are missing "over time" presentation of the data. Also an option to download a CSV, PDF and PPT like in SurveyMonkey.
- All departments are using the same tool to design the emails (so our emails have the same theme, more or less).
- When we have mass distribution (hundreds or thousands) - we don't have to worry about clogging the pipes.
- Easy to see (high level) statistics.
