Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
My client uses Constant Contact because it fits her budget and user friendly. In a previous no profit I worked in I used Constant Contact for email marketing. It solved the problem to deliver newsletters to their audience. It is very much templated but has some limited automation features. Only the marketing department used the software. It fit the budget for the companies.
- Cost effective for smaller budgets
- User friendly for the professional user
- Making it more creative friendly with the templates
- Less a la carte and more all in one features
- The nonprofit I was with collapsed using Constant Contact
- The client using Constant Contact doesn't send her email on a consistent basis
I used Constant Contact because of a job or a client. I have not used in my business. I won't be using Constant Contact at this time in my business because I have more needs and a bigger budget.
