Overall Satisfaction with ConstructConnect Insight
I used ConstructConnect Insight software in my business to access upcoming jobs that are available to bid for my construction company.
- They have a relatively comprehensive list of jobs available. However these jobs are available on other platforms as well.
- Customer service is definitely lacking. Trying to get clear answers from my rep was difficult.
- My sales rep was not trustworthy to do what he said and was only concerned about their own bottom line. Instead of trying to cultivate a long term customer we were treated as just another number and another couple of zeros on their balance sheet.
- Our experience has overall been negative. The money we have spent has been a net loss for our company.
It offers the same services with a better feel and experience.
